If you are eligible for a leave time buyout in June 2008, the payroll department will send you an e-mail on 6/12/08 or 6/13/08 to your SPIN, Inc., e-mail account. You can access your e-mail from the SPIN, Inc., portal at https://my.spininc.org between the dates of June 12-16th. This e-mail will detail how many leave hours you are able to buy out. You will need to respond to this e-mail, either that you would like to buy out hours or that you elect not to buy out hours. Your response is needed by 10:00am ON MONDAY JUNE16th. Please note that there is no longer a paper mailing for the leave time buyout.
